Are all available at the WNY Referees State Cup website. Please read everything there before doing a match! Please note that there are differences between Playdown Matches and the Final Four Tournament in Cortland both in Rules and Payment information.
Reporting
Only as required by USSF. DO NOT KEEP PLAYERS' PASSES. If a coach is dismissed, please send the coach's pass via US Mail on the next business day along with a copy of the game report to New York State West Youth Soccer Association, c/o Pam Whitcomb, 1200C Scottsville Rd., Suite 350, Rochester, NY 14624.
