Fall League is the same as Spring League EXCEPT player passes are not required, only a recreational roster at all ages. Coaches passes ARE required. Under 13 plays and pays as if they are Under 12.

Only required if serious injury, send-off, dismissal, game not complete or some other oddity with the match (roster issue, etc.) Use normal USSF forms. Passes and report should be sent to
